Along the top of the Olympic Peninsula’s northern shore, Highway 112 hugs the cliffs that twist towards Cape Flattery, the northwestern most point of the contiguous United States. Sekiu is a fishing village between Port Angeles and Neah Bay. There is hot food at the diner there—fresh halibut, a baked potato and salad bar for $6.99. Stop and sip coffee, watch the sea and study the grease-caked map on the wall that shows the area’s notable shipwrecks.
